Sales Co-ordinator/Administrator My client is a leading, family-owned textile manufacturers who specialise in textile solutions, fabric sourcing, preparation, dyeing, finishing and coating. Based in Kells, Ballymena, they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Co-ordinator/Administrator to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday's: 8.30am - 1pm. With a salary of £26,000 per annum. Job Role: You will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Essential Criteria: Previous experience of working in a customer service/administrative role. GCSEs or equivalent qualifications (minimum Grade "C" in English and Maths). Computer literate with proven working knowledge of using Microsoft packages. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Processing and tracking customer orders from the moment they come in until they're safely delivered. Being the friendly voice our customers hear when they call with questions about their orders. Working closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure every order is shipped on time. Keeping our customer records and sales information up to date. Helping the sales team by putting together quotes, reports, and presentations.
