An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Manager / Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of established B2B technology clients within a fast-growing marketing agency. This role exists to create long-term client value, manage account performance, and guide demand generation strategy. You’ll own relationships, manage commercial outcomes, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact. What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Account Manager / Account Director, you’ll manage end-to-end account performance. You’ll act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders. You’ll own account planning, forecasting, and profitability. You’ll guide clients on B2B demand generation and go-to-market strategy. This includes shaping campaign direction, reviewing performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure work is well scoped, delivered on time, and aligned to client goals.
You’ll present clearly to clients. You’ll translate data into insight. You’ll ensure clients understand what’s working, what’s changing, and why. The focus is on quality delivery, sustainable growth, and long-term partnerships.
What experience you’ll need to apply
* Proven experience in a Senior Account Manager / Account Director role within a integrated marketing agency.
* Background working with technology or SaaS or B2B clients.
* Experience owning account planning, forecasting, and commercial performance.
* Understanding of B2B demand generation and go-to-market strategy.
* Confidence leading senior client conversations and presentations.
* Experience using data and reporting to inform decisions.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clarity and structure.
