Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of a fire safety initiative.
Conduct property licensing inspections and reactive enforcement.
Represent the council at tribunals and formal proceedings.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure housing standards compliance.
Requirements:
Valid HHSRS Certificate (essential).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a local authority housing enforcement role.
Environmental Health Degree
Strong understanding of housing legislation and enforcement protocols.
