An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead lifecycle and variation projects in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
* Manage project lifecycles from planning through to completion.
* Work with clients and stakeholders to define scope and gain approvals.
* Oversee budgets, programmes, procurement, contractors, and project documentation.
* Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance standards.
About You
* Proven experience delivering lifecycle and variation projects.
* Background in Facilities Management, healthcare, education, or similar environments.
* Strong project management, stakeholder, and financial management skills.
* Good Health & Safety awareness.
* Highly organised with strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills.
