The post-holder will manage and be responsible for a specialist function within the service. A major part of the role is to integrate a strengths-based recovery approach into the service and support staff in meeting targets set. To work alongside the Inclusion Management team in ensuring service targets are met by mentoring and supervising staff. To take a lead role in service promotion and encouraging new Service User’s into treatment. To provide support to the Operational Leads and Service Manager on a day-to-day basis to ensure effective service delivery and staff support. The ability to be flexible and adapt to service needs. This may change depending on service demand. Be responsible for providing both formal and informal supervision to designated members of staff and general support to the team as a whole. To support the Operation Lead with specific tasks identified by the manager to promote effective service delivery. To assist with the recruitment of staff when required to do so. To accept referrals, assess need and make appropriate recommendations Be responsible for maintaining a small case load of complex clients as the key worker.
