Available Roles Support Worker £13.85 per hour Day and night shifts available Full-time and part-time hours available Full UK driving licence required for day roles (held 1 year, automatic accepted) Senior Support Worker £14.75 per hour Full-time day shifts available Full UK driving licence required (held 1 year, automatic accepted) Previous experience in a senior or leadership support role is preferred for Senior Support Worker positions. About the Role As part of our support team, you will provide consistent, person-centred support tailored to individual needs while promoting dignity, independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. No two days are the same, and you will play an important role in supporting daily routines, hobbies, life skills, and community access. Support Worker Responsibilities Deliver person-centred support Support daily routines and activities Promote independence and confidence building Support emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes Assist with community access and appointments Maintain accurate records and follow support plans Work positively as part of a supportive team Senior Support Worker Responsibilities In addition to providing direct support, Senior Support Workers will: Lead and support shifts Guide and mentor Support Workers Help maintain high-quality support standards Support care planning and documentation Promote structured, consistent, and positive support Work closely with management and the wider team Who We’re Looking For We are looking for people who are: Calm, patient, and resilient Kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental Reliable and professional Strong communicators and team players Confident drivers for applicable roles Passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling lives Experience in supported living, autism, learning disabilities, mental health, or complex care is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
