You will have the flexibility to work on an as‑needed basis while delivering exceptional wellness experiences. Your expertise in a wide range of spa treatments will help our members and their guests achieve deep relaxation and rejuvenation, while your personalised approach ensures each guest receives a bespoke service that aligns with their unique needs.
You are responsible for maintaining a serene and inviting atmosphere in the spa, ensuring every detail contributes to the guest’s relaxation. From greeting and welcoming guests, to preparing treatment rooms and ensuring cleanliness, you create comfort and ambiance. You collaborate with our elite team of spa professionals in crafting unparalleled wellness experiences.
You will perform a broad range of treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments and aromatherapy. Using luxurious products and advanced techniques, you deliver treatments tailored to our guests’ preferences that reflect the sophistication of our club’s spa.
Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand the guest’s health, wellness goals and any medical considerations. Provide expert recommendations, customise each treatment, and ensure a personalised and memorable experience, following the protocols and standards you have gained during your training.
Promote the benefits of holistic massage and how it can contribute to overall health and well‑being. Recommend additional holistic therapies or spa services that complement the guest’s treatment plan. Ensure each guest is comfortable and fully informed throughout their spa journey.
Build lasting relationships with members and guests, providing an unparalleled and personalised wellness experience. Manage any concerns with discretion and ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. Take note of preferences and feedback to refine and enhance future treatments.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the club operations and at other facilities within the estate to ensure a team approach that provides members and guests with a magical stay at their ‘home from home’ and a memorable experience.

Nestled amidst the breathtaking scenery of rural Perthshire, our club offers world‑class amenities. You will have the opportunity to be creative, share your thoughts and ideas while growing and evolving alongside the project.
Qualifications: You must hold an HND level 5 or equivalent in beauty therapy from a recognised institution. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment, and a deep understanding of a variety of spa treatments and techniques is required.
Initiative‑taking, you take pride in the work you do and are enthusiastic about delivering the highest of standards. You exude a professional appearance, taking pride in your personal presentation and grooming, always focussed on providing a tranquil and luxury experience.
You can be flexible and adaptable with your approach to working hours. You are well‑organised, punctual with a can‑do attitude and an excellent eye for detail. An initiative‑taking collaborator with an enthusiastic approach to exceeding member and guest experiences. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in wellness to continuously enhance the club’s offerings.
