PETERBOROUGH CAMBS, OFFICE BASED
£30000 - 35,000 Plus commission
Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.00pm

Key responsibilities for the Business Development Executive role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth of our organisation. You would be responsible for identifying new opportunities, fostering existing relationships and promoting our products. The role involves understanding the company’s products/services, market trends, and the competitive environment in a fast-paced environment to develop new business opportunities.
Business Development:
* Make calls/connections to both new and existing clients (using digital & in person opportunities)
* Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
* Maintain a customer database using our CRM.
* Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
* Understand existing client needs and align them with our products/services for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
* Develop and sustain relationships with new and existing clients.
* Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
New Business Acquisitions:
* Actively generate and qualify warm leads.
* Identify prospects within the industry.
Collaboration:
* Work with colleagues to leverage their experience and industry knowledge.
* Attend networking opportunities, including conferences and events.
* Client visits.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies (media support/video content/ Digital campaigns.
Skills and experience
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has the following:

* Adaptable to change and able to multitask effectively.

* Strong organisational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint.
