About the Role
As a Technical Platform Manager, you’ll own and evolve the platforms used across Verian, ensuring they’re well‑designed, integrated, secure, and effectively used.
You’ll advise colleagues on best practice, support solution design, and help articulate our technical capabilities in proposals.
What You’ll Do
* Own and develop expertise across our data platforms
* Improve platform usage and performance
* Define and manage consistent, maintainable integration patterns
* Collaborate with engineers to design & deliver integrations
* Ensure security, compliance and best practices
* Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement
* Act as the main point of contact for platform vendors
* Coordinate technical troubleshooting, release planning, and incident management
* Support proposals with clear technical input
What You’ll Bring
* Strong background in platform, systems or engineering role ideally in a research or consultancy environment
* Experience with API‑driven integrations, data flows, platform configuration, and technical troubleshooting
* Ability to translate technical capabilities into business‑aligned solutions
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Experience working in complex, multi‑team environments
Nice to have:
* Experience with Qualtrics or similar data/survey platforms
* Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, or similar
* Understanding of security and data protection
