A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dentist to join a recently acquired, digitally advanced general practice located in the heart of the Waikato. This thriving multi-chair clinic is well-established, well-equipped and supported by a skilled and friendly team, making it an excellent environment for both developing and experienced clinicians.
The practice offers a full range of general treatments and utilises modern technology including rotary endodontic systems, intraoral scanner and camera, CBCT, OPG, digital x-rays, surgical motor, Airflow and sedation capability. You will work alongside an experienced team comprising a dentist, oral health therapists, dental assistants, a receptionist and a practice manager. Travel expenses and free car parking are included, alongside a generous 40% commission structure.
This position is suitable for dentists at any stage of their career, including recent graduates. Experience with crowns, endodontics and extractions will be advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, committed to continual development and confident in treatment planning and communication. A collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills are key, as the practice values teamwork and a positive, supportive culture.
