Key Responsibilities
Implement and support reliability-centred and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance asset performance.
Analyse maintenance and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Conduct root cause and failure mode analyses to prevent repeat failures.
Develop, monitor, and improve reliability KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
Support and coach maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Reliability Engineer position will possess:
Proven experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
Level 3 Mechanical Engineering
Level 3 Electrical Installation (18th edition is desirable)
Compex (desirable)
Knowledge of reliability engineering tools (RCM, RCA, FMEA, Weibull, etc)
A strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills to influence site teams effectively.Benefits and Perks
