Foot Mobile Engineer
Wates has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Foot Engineer to join the team at our client's offices in Central London.
About the Role
The primary focus of this role is to conduct planned preventative maintenance (mechanical, electrical, multi-disciplined, AC-biased) and reactive works on building plant, equipment, and systems. You will also respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of our clients.
We value your natural communication skills to deliver high levels of customer service, your ability to effectively multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and problem-solve on the job, all while promoting health & safety excellence.
Having relevant qualifications and experience in your discipline is essential. However, most importantly, we seek effective communicators who can consistently deliver excellent customer service, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and uphold safety standards.

Key Accountabilities as Mobile Foot Engineer
* Hold electrical or mechanical qualifications such as NVQ or City & Guilds.
* Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
* Accurately record all reactive and PPM tasks, ensuring reports are signed off by the client weekly.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
* Possess good knowledge of plant room operations and day-to-day building maintenance.
