Administrator for sustainability charity
We seek a passionate Administrator to support our sustainability charity. In this role you will provide essential operational and administrative support to help us reduce household carbon footprints, promote sustainable living, and scale our E‑Save app and outreach programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the organisation is well‑administered and structured.
* Coordinate timely and effective communications across the team.
* Monitor key tasks and obligations to keep projects on track.
* Support community empowerment and engagement initiatives.
* Help reduce carbon emissions, waste and pollution.
* Protect the environment and promote sustainable living.
* Improve socio‑economic outcomes for low‑income households.
* Use Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook and other tools for email and communications.
* Coordinate and set up Teams meetings as required.
* Support review and update of documents and maintain online files.
* Input data for contact lists and other administrative records.
* Assist the volunteer HR team with admin when requested.
* Provide administrative support for board meetings as needed.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, using Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to email and communicate effectively with volunteers.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Well‑organised and able to manage own tasks and time.
