Job Title: Client Delivery Executive (CDE) Location: UK (with travel across data centre sites) Department: Client Experience Reports To: Head of CDEs Role Overview This role serves as the single point of accountability for client service delivery across critical environments for a Data Centre Operator. You will lead the client experience journey-building trusted relationships, managing onboarding, addressing issues, and ensuring service excellence across all post-sales activities. Key Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations Build strong, long-term client relationships and lead regular service reviews Coordinate onboarding, site familiarisation, and ongoing support Manage and resolve client issues quickly and effectively Support order management by capturing requirements and liaising with internal departments Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and client engagement Assist with audits, site tours, workshops, and reporting on service performance Skills & Experience Strong background in data centre service delivery Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to build rapport quickly and act as a trusted advisor Commercially aware with solid understanding of operations and client requirements Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset IT literate, especially in Microsoft Office Experience handling sensitive information in confidential environments Additional Requirements Willingness to travel to client/data centre sites Eligible for Security Clearance (SC) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Please apply below
