We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic PRIVATE dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
* Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
* Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar effectively to optimise patient flow.
* Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
* Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
* Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and dental materials as needed.
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a healthcare or dental setting.
* Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and dental software will be advantageous.
* A friendly disposition with excellent interpersonal skills is crucial for building rapport with patients and staff alike.
