Our client is a strategic technology partner based in Greenhithe who are looking to onboard 4x contract based administrative staff.
This role will operate Monday to Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records in our booking and tracking systems
* Liaise with clients, engineers and internal teams to confirm schedules and logistics
* Coordinate and track equipment being shipped to and from sites
* Support the operations or service desk team with general admin and reporting
To qualify:
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Due to the nature of some of their clients, candidates must be eligible for BPSS / UK SC
* Must have 1+ years experience in an administritive role
* Must be confident using basic MS office / Excel
* Must be able to commute to Greenhithe five days per week
