Employment Details:
* Job Type: Full-time, remote
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Responsibilities:
* Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients across various backgrounds
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with a remote team to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain confidential and detailed client records
* Stay updated with industry best practices and clinical advancements
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
* Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California
* Minimum two years of experience in mental health or counseling
* Prior experience in telehealth is preferred
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients remotely
