Engineering Manager – AI Solutions
(Hybrid - 2 days in Knutsford)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge Conversational and Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about innovation, team development, and delivering transformative digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Drive the delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
4. Oversee project timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.
5. Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
6. Enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies for optimal productivity.
7. Ensure adherence to technology standards and robust testing practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

14. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (, Terraform, CloudFormation).
15. Understanding of engineering KPIs and data engineering concepts.
16. Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
