The Role:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll play a key role supporting a busy and highly regarded litigation team. You’ll work closely with fee earners and partners, managing your own caseload under supervision and assisting on a variety of complex and high-value matters.
Duties will include:
* Assisting with case preparation, drafting legal documents, and managing correspondence.
* Conducting legal research and preparing court bundles.
* Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties.
* Supporting fee earners with case management and administrative tasks.
* Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
About You:
* Previous experience working as a Paralegal within litigation (commercial, civil, or general disputes).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
* A proactive and team-focused attitude.
