If you’re a Relationship Manager with real estate lending experience, this role gives you the autonomy to build your own lending portfolio from day one. You’ll originate, structure, and deliver property finance deals while developing long-term broker and introducer relationships.
This is a front office, revenue-generating Relationship Manager role where your performance has a direct impact on your earnings. You’ll be supported by a collaborative internal team in a growth-focused business that values pace, commercial judgement, and deal execution.
Package & Benefits
• Salary from £75,000 per annum DOE.
• Uncapped commission, circa 0.2% on completed deals.

Key Responsibilities
• Originate new lending opportunities through broker and introducer relationships.
• Structure and progress real estate finance deals through to completion, maintaining ownership throughout.
• Build and develop your own network to generate consistent property finance deal flow.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver against targets and conversion metrics.
About You
• 1 to 7 years’ experience in real estate lending or a closely related sector.
• Track record of originating or supporting property finance deals.
• Experience working with brokers, introducers, or external deal sources.
