Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Processing and checking invoices
* Liaising directly with couriers and their customer service team to resolve any customer queries
* General administration support
* Assisting customers in placing orders
* Deliver high quality customer service via telephone and email
Skills & Experience Required:
* 2+ years customer service experience
* Someone with a 'can do' attitude
Experience dealing with couriers is desirable but not essential
