TP Tutors is looking for dedicated and understanding tutors in Sherborne to provide personalised Maths and English support to young people with Special Educational Needs.

Position: SEN Tutor (Opportunities for SEND Specialists)
Location: Sherborne and nearby areas
Working Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and deliver individualised lesson plans that meet each learner’s needs
* Work with students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
* Create a positive, structured, and supportive learning space
* Deliver sessions within students’ homes or community environments
* Encourage confidence, independence, and academic progress
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
* Ability to teach Maths and/or English at primary or secondary level
* Based in Sherborne or able to travel locally
* A calm, patient, and flexible approach
* Awareness of safeguarding and inclusive education practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
