General Builder / Multi Trader – Self-Employed
£200 per day (CIS) / Immediate Start / Surrey based
Our client is looking to hire 2 x skilled and reliable General Builder’s/ Multi Trader’s to join their team. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for individuals who are confident working independently, take pride in their craft, and can deliver high-quality results across different trades.
You will be working on a range of projects across Surrey, including occupied residential properties, so professionalism, strong communication skills, and a tidy working approach are essential.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general building, plumbing, and multi-trade works to a high standard.
* Work independently, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with client expectations.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, especially in occupied properties.
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
* Travel to different sites within Surrey using your own van.
Requirements
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 5 years’ plumbing experience and 5 years’ general building experience.
* Qualifications: UTR (CIS registered).
* Driving: Full UK driving licence and own van (cars/trucks not suitable).
* Location: Must live in Surrey.
* Skills & Qualities:
* Ability to work on your own initiative.
* Honest, hardworking, and punctual.
* Good interpersonal skills and tidy appearance.
