Reporting to the Head of Customer Insight, you will manage a team of four analysts and drive data-led decision making across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Own and deliver the customer insight strategy end-to-endLead LTV modelling and apply outcomes across the businessDrive RFM analysis and embed usage across teamsDevelop and implement customer segmentation for acquisition and retentionSupport strategic and financial planning through improved LTV and CPAUtilise research data, social listening, and wider insight methodologiesRun A/B testing and optimise campaign performanceCollaborate with Data Science to apply predictive modelsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong, hands-on SQL capabilityExperience using or applying predictive modelsExperience leading or managing a team is requiredConfident communicator with strong stakeholder influenceAbility to present insights clearly and drive actionPlease note we cannot offer sponsorship.
