Salary: Up to £70,000 + Performance Bonus

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead, coach and drive performance across our Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, and Key Account Managers.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-energy, target-driven sales environment and knows how to turn good teams into great ones. You'll set direction, remove blockers, and create the conditions for consistent revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, motivate and develop a multi-discipline sales team (Sales, BDMs, Key Accounts)
* Drive revenue growth, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
* Coach individuals to improve performance, behaviours and commercial outcomes
* Set clear expectations, KPIs and accountability across the team
* Work closely with senior leadership to execute sales strategy
* Improve sales processes, cadence and CRM discipline
* Create a high-performance culture built on pace, ownership and results
