* Selling Tickets using the Red61 ticketing system
* Answering customer enquiries
* Taking the initiative to anticipate audience needs and facilitating the best and safest experience
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the venue, keeping areas clean and tidy, keeping on top of lost property, reporting any activities that may risk the safety of visitors to the supervisor team
* Assisting audiences who have specific access requirements
Who are you?
* Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking
* Have a passion for the arts and an excitement for the Summerhall Arts programme
* Able to work well under pressure
