Preferred Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Property Solicitor, ensuring the smooth running of the conveyancing department.
* Proficiency in handling a variety of property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold.
* Willingness to embrace training and development in Commercial Property, demonstrating your adaptability and growth mindset.
