The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in a week
Description
This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching — all specialist areas that require a dedicated point of contact for the team. To ensure team efficiency, this role requires a highly organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills, comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
To support our clients across all media globally, this role demands a high level of competency in managing and multitasking projects with diverse deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, understanding project timelines, maintaining records, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. Regular updates to Commercial/Project Managers, Team Leaders, and the Head of Art are required to keep everyone informed about project statuses and changes.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges and priorities to align project planning accordingly.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative work based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review processes, and production workflows.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, monitoring job statuses daily.
* Keep team members updated on project progress.
* Support and motivate the team during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure brief accuracy and quality.
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all necessary assets are available.
* Act as a communication bridge between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raising POs for outsourced or freelance imagery.
* Ensure all estimates are approved before work begins.
* Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices.
Skills
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A strong interest in CG and/or photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn team software to better understand workflows and timings is advantageous. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' approach.
