Senior HVAC Sales Engineer

Our client is a well-established HVAC & Refrigeration company, known for excellence in retail environments such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and large commercial spaces. They are seeking a Senior HVAC/Refrigeration Engineer to act as the technical expert, guiding account managers and supporting high-profile retail accounts.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing in-depth technical guidance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to account managers and clients
Advising on system design, installation, and optimisation for retail environments
Conducting site visits and assessments to support account teams with technical insights
Reviewing proposals and specifications to ensure compliance with best practice and client requirements
Acting as the go-to expert for complex technical queries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
Keeping up to date with industry standards, regulations, and new technologies
What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in HVAC and refrigeration engineering
Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and related controls
Comfortable interacting with clients and supporting account managers in a customer-facing capacity
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Relevant engineering qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC/Refrigeration disciplines
