What the Fast‑Track Programme Offers
* A structured 6‑month leadership development pathway
* Hands‑on experience in team coordination and supervision
* Fully funded training aligned with CQC Well‑Led standards includingCHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner Skills) training.
* Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback
* A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion
What We’re Looking For
Your Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
* Experience working as a Care Assistant in Adult Social Care
* Strong understanding of person‑centred care
Your Leadership Potential:
* A natural ability to support and guide others
* Confidence stepping into responsibility and decision‑making
* Motivation to progress into a leadership role
