About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Drama (Technical Theatre) lessons to Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level.
* Develop and implement lesson plans covering lighting, sound, stage management, and set design.
* Facilitate student-led technical theatre projects and productions.
* Assess student progress through practical assessments and written evaluations.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of the technical theatre curriculum.
* Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as technical theatre clubs and productions.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Technical Theatre or a related field.
* Extensive experience teaching technical theatre at the secondary level.
* Proficiency in technical theatre equipment and software.
* Excellent communication and practical skills.
