In this role, you’ll create a strong first impression on every interaction, balancing efficiency with a personable approach to ensure callers feel heard, supported, and valued. You’ll bring a confident and professional telephone manner, setting the tone for a positive and seamless client journey from the very first point of contact.

* Be the voice of our business, handling incoming calls with confidence, efficiency, and a calm, composed approach – setting the tone for every client interaction.
* Create strong first impressions that build trust, confidence, and reassurance from the very first conversation.
* Engage with clients through active listening and clear, empathetic communication, taking the time to truly understand their needs.
* Seamlessly connect clients to the right people by routing calls accurately across our offices, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
* Capture key details with precision and care, helping every enquiry progress effortlessly from first contact to resolution.
* Bring energy and positivity to the team, contributing to a collaborative, client‑focused culture where people enjoy coming to work.
* Play an active role in delivering a modern, consistent, and high‑quality client experience, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.
Requirements
* Experienced in telephony and client communications – able to manage a high volume of calls and enquiries confidently.
* An exceptional listener and confident communicator, able to quickly understand needs and respond with clarity, empathy, and impact.
* Maintains a composed, positive, and professional approach, even when working at pace.
* Builds a strong understanding of the business quickly, enabling confident and informed support for every caller.
* Applies a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all interactions.
* Takes a proactive, solutions‑focused approach, with a genuine commitment to going the extra mile.
* Comfortable working across multiple systems, demonstrating confidence and efficiency in a digital environment.
