💬 About the Role
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll:

Provide direct support to families and young people experiencing crisis situations

Help new parents build confidence and access essential services

Promote early years development through tailored guidance and interventions
*
Liaise with multi-agency professionals across health, education, and social care

Ensure accurate reporting and maintain high compliance standards

Be a key part of a supportive, fun and values-driven team
💡 What We’re Looking For

Experience in family support, youth work, early years, or similar roles
*
A good understanding of safeguarding, crisis support, and child development
*
Excellent communication skills and a calm, compassionate approach

Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and within a team
