We’re partnered with a rapidly expanding Commissioning Authority (CxA) that’s about to scale across the UK and Europe — and their Somerset project is where the journey begins.

The Role
As Commissioning Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end commissioning process on a flagship site in Somerset. You’ll oversee strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and client interfacing, ensuring systems are delivered safely, compliantly, and on schedule.
You’ll work closely with the client’s senior team as they grow, influencing structure, process, and best practice for future projects across the UK and EU.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing full commissioning lifecycle across mechanical, electrical and controls systems
* Leading the Cx programme, documentation, commissioning plans and reporting
* Coordinating subcontractors, vendors and internal engineering teams
* Driving quality, safety, and technical compliance
* Managing risk, programme clashes and deliverables
* Representing the business at client, design, and contractor meetings
* Helping shape commissioning standards and processes as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Commissioning Manager with strong data centre, industrial, pharma or large-scale MEP experience
* Ability to manage multiple disciplines and drive structured commissioning programmes
* Strong communicator with a proactive, organised and delivery-driven approach
