You’ll work closely with the Vice President Group Reward to shape the full compensation agenda and be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing RES’ reward offering to help sustain and evolve RES culture as a key competitive advantage.Accountabilities
1. Directly support the Vice President Group Head of Reward to bring the Group Reward Strategy to life and be an active agent for change.
2. Evaluate and evolve RES reward policies, programmes and tools to ensure they remain effective, consistent, fit for purpose, and market aligned.
3. Lead the annual Reward cycle ensuring robust processes, controls and communication are in place to ensure efficient delivery.
4. Optimise HR systems functionality to bring greater efficiency and manager empowerment through automation.
5. Ensure salary bands align to market and survey data is captured and managed efficiently.
6. Ensure compliance with local regulation and alignment with the RES global frameworks.
7. Actively promote education of Total Rewards principles to the wider People & Culture Community reinforcing consistency and rigour.
8. Partner and collaborate closely with the People and Culture teams, and Group Finance, regularly eliciting feedback to ensure continued improvement in client delivery.
Knowledge & Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in reward management. Also, with a proven track record of:
10. developing and leading reward / incentive programmes in a global matrix organisation
11. understanding compensation principles, market practices, and local regulatory requirements
12. developing and maintaining salary bands
13. Strong interpersonal skills - able to influence stakeholders at all levels
14. Advanced Excel capabilities
15. Excellent numeric and analytical skills
16. Results orientated with a “can do” positive attitude
17. Fluency in English.
