Senior Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver exceptional pre‑ and post‑contract services, drive value, and represent this growing construction consultancy with professionalism.
What You'll Do:
* Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract advice
* Manage budgets, valuations, and final accounts
* Quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans
* Contract preparation, risk management advice and meeting clients
* Pricing tender submissions and managing bid submissions
* Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes
* Reports, claims and dispute resolution
* Support business growth and promote our brand
What We’re Looking For:
* Preferably degree qualified
* RICS membership preferred
* Quantity surveying experience ideally within a construction consultancy environment
* Confident decision maker who is commercially aware
* Strong commercial and technical skills
* Proactive, organised, and a confident communicator
