Adept Care homes provide residential care and residential dementia care in our family-run, Midlands-based care homes. We help our residents to lead enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives, supported by a friendly, caring team. You will be joining the team at Chetwynd House a luxury 75-bed care home, offering high-quality residential and dementia care. We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Care Home Administrator to join our team at a luxury residential and dementia care home. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day administrative operations of the home, ensuring exceptional service for residents, families, and staff alike. Your duties will include managing staff and resident records, processing new team members along with a range of other office duties. As the first point of contact for many visitors and enquiries, you will also play a key role in upholding our warm, professional image and providing outstanding customer service.
