Qualifications
What you'll do as a General Manager...
* Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
* Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
* Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight our customers.
* Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
* Note: Successful candidates will need to already hold or be able to acquire a personal license.
What you'll bring...
* High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of pub management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for working with people.
* Business acumen, especially in P&L control.
* A caring attitude towards individuals, your pub, and the environment.
* Previous success at the General Manager level is desirable, with experience in hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced environments. A positive attitude and outlook are essential.
