Role Description
Although this is a hybrid role the majority of time is expected to be market facing.
You will handle Marine risks across the Lloyd's and company markets, working closely with senior brokers and clients while enjoying real autonomy and visibility. Perfect for someone with a solid grounding in Marine insurance who's ready to step up, broaden their network, and make an impact in a tight-knit, ambitious team.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver business support, policy consultation, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including international travel to clients.
Day-to-day tasks also include but are not limited to, market research, policy evaluation, and facilitating insurance negotiations with underwriters.
Qualifications
* Experience in Insurance Brokerage and a solid understanding of the Insurance and Finance industries.
* Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and building strong client relationships.
* Strong analytical and risk evaluation skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
* Relevant professional qualifications, such as ACII or equivalent, are highly desirable.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
* Previous experience in the marine insurance sector is required.
