We’re proud of our Repairs Team and their dedication to our customers. We are now looking for a talented individual to join us as a Plasterer Tiler.
This role offers a perfect platform to showcase your high-quality work and the skills you've gained in the building maintenance and construction industry.
You should be a great communicator, as you’ll liaise with customers and Work Planners to ensure high standards of plastering and tiling in our homes.
To be considered, you’ll need to have:
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds of equivalent in Plastering/Tiling.
* Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety issues related to repairs, maintenance, and construction trades.
* A full UK driving license.
You’ll have access to one of our company vans for visiting homes, and you’ll enjoy the variety this role offers. Above all, you’ll take pride in a job well done, knowing you’ve made a real difference to our customers.

* Minimize disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe working methods in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations, and FHG’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy.
* Maintain effective communication with supervisory, administrative, and management staff, passing on information, concerns, and issues regarding any job.
* Attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work or contact customers directly to arrange access.

Your weekly hours will be 37, from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, paid monthly. You’ll also receive 25 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and concessionary days off at Christmas.
