Job Description
This is a senior, standalone position focused on new business development within the personal care sector. You'll be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with brands seeking high-quality contract manufacturing solutions, leveraging the company's capabilities in formulation, production, packaging and distribution.Duties include:
3. Lead sales and business development efforts across the UK and European markets.
4. Build relationships with brand owners, retailers, and private label businesses.
5. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share.
6. Represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and client satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
8. Proven experience in contract manufacturing sales, ideally within personal care or beauty.
9. Strong track record in new business development and strategic account growth.
10. Comfortable operating in a standalone role with autonomy and accountability.
11. Fluent in English and at least one other European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).
12. Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
13. As it is a standalone role candidates can be based anywhere in the UK.
