Please note: this role is based full-time at our Head Office in Chandlers Ford.
About The Role
As an Account Manager, you will engage with existing Draper customers and stockists, focusing on relationship building, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities include:
* Making outbound calls to generate new business and sales by promoting products and special offers.
* Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales objectives.
* Responding to inbound calls and queries via phone or email.
* Creating bespoke promotions and offers tailored to each customer.
* Maintaining and updating the customer database with relevant information.
* Working with the Internal Sales Manager to generate a customer contact schedule.
Requirements
* Good understanding of the UK tool wholesale industry.
* Previous experience in telesales or account management is desirable.
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify sales opportunities.
* Passion and drive to succeed in sales.
* Polite and professional communication skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
* Developing good relationships across the business and with colleagues.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in MS Office and databases.
