We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our team in Aberdeen on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Strategically manage and develop all aspects of a MAN Branch, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, parts sales and margin, workshop productivity and efficiency, to ensure profitability. Ensure balance and consistent steering within these areas of responsibility.
* Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and customers while ensuring high levels of customer service awareness are delivered.
* Promote learning for others, share ideas and information, and support achievement of team objectives and staff rewards.
Qualifications
* Automotive background with a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in retail sales and service at a senior level.
* Experience in leading or supervising a team of at least 20 staff across several disciplines (preferred).
* Detailed knowledge and understanding of the truck industry in terms of service, parts and parts sales is advantageous; understanding of balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow and standard business metrics is beneficial.
