What’s involved?
This role would ideally suit an experienced sSenior Chef de Partie, Junior Sous or Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the Head Chef, supporting him in the day to day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal Sous Chef must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards. You will be very hands on in the kitchen allowing the Head Chef to take care of the more strategic side of the business.
