What the role involves…
As an SEN Primary Teacher, you’ll lead learning for children with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges, and SEMH. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching strategies, and create a positive, structured environment where every pupil feels safe and supported.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Teaching small groups or individual pupils in line with EHCPs with creativity and confidence
* Creating inclusive and imaginative lesson plans
* Managing behaviour positively and promoting emotional wellbeing
* Working with TAs, SENCOs, and families to build wraparound support
* Helping every child reach their full potential—on their terms

Who We’re Looking For:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Experience teaching children with SEN, especially in a primary setting
* Excellent classroom management and adaptability
* Passion for inclusive education and a nurturing approach
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
