About the Role: This is a broad and interesting residential conveyancing position, suitable for individuals at any stage of their legal career
from newly qualified solicitors and legal executives to experienced fee earners. Youll manage a manageable caseload of varied property matters with support from a friendly and approachable team. Key Responsibilities: Handling a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and registered/unregistered titles
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
Managing files from instruction to post-completion
Providing practical and clear legal advice with a focus on service quality
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures
What You'll Need: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced conveyancing fee earner
Ability to manage your own caseload independently or with minimal supervision (support and mentoring available for NQs)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Excellent client care and communication skills
A genuine interest in being part of the local community
