The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, You Will
* Provide one-to-one and group support for students with special educational needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop key skills.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher and other professionals to deliver effective learning strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
* Support students' social, emotional, and academic development, helping them build independence and self-esteem.
* Adapt teaching materials and methods to suit individual learning needs.
* Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all students.
