Job Description:
We are looking for a Functional Assessor to join our team. You will be responsible for assessing clients' functional capabilities and producing detailed reports.

Candidate Requirements:
* At least one year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
* Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or others) with a valid PIN and no restrictions
* Excellent observational and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently, meet targets, and produce timely reports
* Proficiency with IT and Microsoft Office, including remote system access
* Valid driving license or access to transport for assessments
Working Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working hours between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Actual hours will be agreed with your line manager after training, considering your work-life balance. Working hours may include an unpaid lunch break of one hour, e.g., 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm. A minimum of 4 weeks' notice will be provided for rota changes.
