As a Business Analyst, you will:
* Lead collaboration with stakeholders and clients to map and analyse business processes using tools such as process mapping, root cause analysis, co-creation workshops, interviews, and data analytics.
* Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative, practical changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic initiatives.
* Support implementation and change management of pilot solutions and monitor their impact.
* Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
* Document technical and business processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guides for operational use.
* Translate business needs into technical specifications and analyse systems for integration and improvement opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and service level agreements.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, front-line teams, and external partners.
We're seeking someone with:
* Proven experience using business analysis tools and techniques to support process improvement.
* In-depth experience in producing high-quality process documentation and developing business cases.
* Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business processes and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead co-creation activities.
* Confidence in translating data and insights into practical, results-driven solutions.
* Experience collaborating with front-line teams in operational, healthcare, social services, or veterinary environments is advantageous, though not essential.
