Position: Office Administrator Overview: We are looking for two detail-oriented Office Administrators, to support our clients team in a quiet, professional office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and keeping an office running smoothly. Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for clients and team. Manage calls, emails, post, and visitor reception. Draft letters/emails, scan, file, and maintain records. Prepare engagement/disengagement letters. Support invoicing, credit control, and company secretarial tasks. Assist with marketing and general office duties.Requirements: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and able to multitask. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
